Appalling Customer Service

Mobile data stopped working on Friday, since then I have been rerouted though numerous technicians, the problem escalated and re-escalated, numerous Whatsapp chats, calls and emails. The problem still persists with no clear resolution in sight. Very disappointed in the level of service
