Appalling Afrihost

I have waited over a month to get Fibre connected. Openserve have installed the line more than a week ago today they were back to bring the router. I called Afrihost today at around 11am and my call was returned at 18:30 this evening!!! I was enquiring as you when I could expect Afrihost to do the final connection as it has been a month now since my initial request, and a very stroppy call agent told me that I must call when I’m home and he would talk me through the process of setting everything up. My question to him was ... what does afrihost actually do then?? My understanding is that the service provider comes and connects it. Please cancel everything as I would prefer to go through another service provider that is willing to get everything set up for me. This is unacceptable! How are we supposed to homeschool and work from home with this kind of service?
