Appaling support

Their fibre speed never gets close to what you sign up for and they are full of excuses as to why this is. I am suppose to be on 120mbps fibre speed, but never get more than 70mbps. Currently I am on 2.54mbps. They do not have any form.of support weekends, public holidays or after business hours. I can not recommend them to anybody. I unfortunately are stuck with them, because no other isp is in my area. They always go through the same steps, such as reboot router, but this never solves the issue.
