Appaling Call Centre Support

Call Centre: Can't hear support agents. Porblems do not get solved. You are place on hold and wait and wait. Since August the service has been appalling. They have not been trained to speak clearly, slow enough, and the sound is too low. It is unbelivebly bad service.
