APN no connection

I have been battling to get APN connection on my mobile device since 04 August 2015 and with numerous attempts and emails and phone calls Afrihost call centre agents cannot sort it out to me. <br> <br> Firstly they blamed the system with MTN, then they have provisioned the number. I contacted MTN and they ensure me and send me a screen shot that the number is not provisioned. I have notify Afrihost and their response was that the fault is with MTN. MTN ensure me that they cannot do the APN Afrihost must do it.<br> <br> I have spoken to the manager Stefaan and request to cancel and he was to glad to accept the cancellation. <br> <br> I have send a mail to Gian and to date I have not received a response. I will suggest to stay away from Afrihost as I will cancel all my connection with them asap.<br> <br> I am disappointed in the poor level of professional service I have received from Afrihost, but this will most probably also go attended as why should Afrihost be worried about one client who is not satisfied.
