Apathetic service
Waiting 22 days now for installation which was supposed to take 15 days max.
Finally after chasing after them, found out the address on the order was not found, even though it was found on their map to place the order in the first place. No follow up, no questions asked from their side. And still, more than a week after that, still no installation booked.
Each time support is contacted, they tell you Sorry, try again in 2 or 3 days.

09 Mar 2021, 09:31Day 23, no progress. Some manager, Kamogelo promised to call back ''around'' 1200. 1400 contacted Afrihost again to ask for his feedback, no response. 1500 again, still no response. More empty promises and non delivery from Afrihost.
