Apalling Afrihost service!

Worst experience ever. I'm on fiber and haven't had internet for a month. For the past two weeks I've followed up with them everyday. I've emailed them, whatsapped them, called them, but I keep being told that someone will get back to me, or a ticket has been logged, or an escalated ticket has been logged but to no avail. The customer service is appalling! They've charged me for an entire months internet, that I haven't used. On top of that, I work from home so I've had to buy data for over R2000 without any compensation or care for it from them. I'm definitely planning to take my business elsewhere since they care so little about their customers!
