Anyone, anyone .....

Has anyone looked at their Afrihost support requests? I have 10 support requests outstanding for the past 30 days. I'm starting to wonder just how big Afrihost is? How many people are working for this company? Supposed to be on a 500 GB, 40 Mbps package ..... Download speed mostly around 10-15 Mbps and sometimes as low as 0,79 Mbps. Must say, they are on time with their invoicing every month.
