Annoyed with this situation

I have a contract with Afrihost had no issues in the past, however since relocating afrihost assigned a middle man to the installation etc. My payments with Afrihost are up to date as confirmed with them, however apparently this middle man did not get payment, and therefore suspending my service. please advise how this works?
