Angry customers

Very disappointed with afrihost and Vumatel, firstly app**** two months back n no response, until I called and they said that some issues with my documents, got that sorted, paid everything in full but still no installation, Hee you issue has been escalated but still I'm waiting, I mean really is that how you welcome new customers, I'm sick n tired calling them day in day out please sort out my things, we cnt have money goin out of our acc with no results
