I have requested for my fibre line to be moved from another isp to afrihost.

What a mistake. They are the worst and support is absolutely useless.

They kewep you on the line forever and go nowhere. Every person just shrugs you off ansays it is esculated to vumatel. They are not compitent an no one takes ownership.

I have been down now for 5 days.

Absolutely will not recommend them and I am now moving to Axxess as they do a much better job.
