An IT company that lacks the capacity to open attachments on emails

I am unable to get a reply. I have lodged it as a complaint and followed up regularly requesting access to management. Now the excuse is "we are unable to open outlook attachments" It is either a pathetic excuse for non reply, or it is an IT company that requires you to correspond by post . I suspect just *********** administration and an absence of mgt
