An ISP lightyears ahead of any other

Every single product/service with them thus far has been excellent, which is unheard of for an ISP in Bloemfontein. I have a fixed wireless LTE sim only package, and delivery was swift and without hassle, connectivity was instant without any problems, and download speeds is unlike anything I've ever experienced (10mb/s). I recently had connectivity problems after a thunderstorm, sent an email at 20:17 and at 20:21 I got an email back from not one, but two people APOLOGIZING for taking so long (I expected to wait at least a day or two), letting me know they fixed the problem. Never in my wildest dreams did I think I would receive this kind of service in South Africa, especially not after hours. This is the stuff dreams are made of. Wish I could give them 100 stars.
