An Absolute Hoax

Afrihost is totally useless. I don't know how they became one of the top 5 fibre providers as their service to date has been absolutely aweful. It has been more than 2 weeks since I have paid for their internet service and I have yet to receive access, after having sent numerous requests for assistance. I then decided to cancel and am still waiting on my refund. So much for their money back guarantee policy. I feel really cheated.
