Am I ever going to get internet

I still don’t have internet I started my application for an ISP with them on the 06-06-2024 and I still don’t have it . I received one email from them and when I called them last week they told me that I was at fault because I didn’t send an email of my address even though they never requested it , I did however send that email after the call but they are still silent . I just want to know if I’m ever going to get assisted or should I look for another isp
