Always good service from Afrihost

I'm surprised that Afrihost has so many poor reviews. I guess, when everything's working as it should, people take it for granted, but when something is wrong, the bad reviews start flowing as a response to anger and frustration. I'm no different; I've recently posted bad reviews for another ISP because I've had terrible experiences with them and, as a result, I have moved to Afrihost. This is the second time I have had an account with Afrihost, and both times they have been excellent. Particularly, when I have visited their premises in Rivonia, the service has been world class.
