Always a dull moment

<p>I haven't had a functioning internet connection in 2 months. During this time I have had 6 days of internet access and this was not consecutively. Afrihost's client services appear friendly and come across as wanting to assist you, but in the end it's just a consultant putting on a face to earn a salary. There is no attempt to improve our experience as their clients. If ever an attempt is made to fix the problem the fix lasts for 12 hours at most. Then it's just back to the same problem. I've been through all the emotions. Again, frustration, etc, but now I've resigned myself to accepting that I'll never receive the service I'm paying for. I've also cancelled my subscription and will never again consider Afrihost as an ISP nor will I ever recommend them to anyone again. I've faced enough embarrassment after recommending Afrihost to a colleague only to have him revert back to his previous ISP within a week due to the pathetic services offered by Afrihost. Save yourself the trouble. Don't waste your time with Afrihost. There are a lot of better and cheaper providers out there who would certainly value your business a lot more. </p>
