Almost unusable internet since January 2023!!!!!!!

I have been with Afrihost now for a couple of years. Have never had a problem until January of this year. I have contacted support numerous times, every time it's the same procedure and the problem recurs. I even thought something had been erected nearby affecting my connection and moved my modem to the highest point possible. Still the problem persists. I recently wrote to the CEO, from whom I have never received a reply. I am at my wits end now as I work from home, and only get paid when I work. I have not earned an income this month sufficient to pay rent!!!!!! I am so highly disappointed and disgusted with this company!!!
