All words but no action

<p>I have been struggling with my ADSL line now for over a week. No internet. Every time I email afrihost, it takes more than a day to get a response. Every time I get the same message. Check your router and login details. I have done all and more and even replaced my router. There seem to be urgence to help or to log a problem with telkom.</p> <p>I am very disappointed and expected more from them</p>
