All Talk, No Support

Honestly just had enough. Support is slow, unhelpful, and clearly not trained properly. I've had two major issues now, both dragged out way longer than they should’ve been, and the only way anything got done was because I kept following up.

No one takes ownership, no one communicates properly, and I’ve been passed around from one clueless agent to the next. It’s exhausting. If you value your time or sanity, look elsewhere.
