I was forced to give the one star. This is the worst company when it comes to customer service. 2 hours on a whatsapp chat and 1 hour call and still no resolution. You should teach your advisors to listen to understand. There is no understanding what so ever. All I needed was the payfast link to make a payment however this was way to complicated for her feeble mind to comprehend. I anyone is going to bother reading this, the account number is A***1. ALL I WANTED TO DO WAS PAY FOR MY SERVICE BUT YOU PEOPLE ARE TO STUPID TO UNDERSTAND AND TO ASSIST. IN FUTURE PLEASE EMPLOY PEOPLE THAT UNDERSTANDS BASIC LOGIC AND HAS AT LEAST HALF A BRAIN.
