ALL I WANT IS A SOLUTION!

I am most frustrated with Afrihost! My new fibre connect is absolutely pathetic and drops all the time and after 2 hours on the phone with a consultant I got nowhere. The insistence that I must get my own LAN cable to troubleshoot something potentially wrong on their side leaves me gobbsmacked. Utterly pathetic!!
