All I want is a cancellation reference number.

I have been with afrihost for 3 years now and I can say it's the worst ISP that I've ever dealt with. We had a 20 mega fibre line. And were happy with it until we were forced in moving into a 50 Meg line. When I wanted to change was told I can't do this but I don't really understand because it's a month-to-month. As told I could not move and I was also told I cannot cancel I now have to wait for 2 months before my counter gets released and that I can get another ISP to give me service. I've spoken to there account people there fibre people technical support support and not one person can come to my aid and assist me through my ordeal. If somebody could have assisted me and get my account sorted and give me a valuable customer service then I could stay with them. But this didn't happen so I've had to cancel my service and now I have to wait 2 months before I can get somebody else to help me I don't really understand why I'm being held hostage to somebody that doesn't want to give me service.
