All channels of support unavailable!

I needed to TALK to a support agent at Afrihost around 1pm on a Sunday afternoon and could not get hold of Afrihost on ANY of their platforms WhatsApp:Unfortunately there aren't any WhatsApp Helpers available. WHATSAPP HELP HOURS: 09:00 - 17:00 Live Chat via Client Area: ALL DEPARTMENTS OFFLINE Phone: We are no longer using this line, please use our website for WhatsApp or Live support... So much for that idea seeing all is offline

Only option now is email, which is not an instant solution. I checked Hetzner, Mweb, 1-Grid etc and all provides a phone number so Afrihost is missing something here...
