Airmobile - Serious waste of time!

Wanted to move my eSIM to another phone. Followed the instructions given in AirMobile app. Does not work! Contacted Afrihost support and told i must do a SIM swap. Now i have no eSIM in either phone and a useless e-mail telling me the SIM swap is rejected with no way indicated on how to resolve, and no way in the Airmobile app to request a new SIM swap - it says SIM swap pending photo verification.
