Air Mobile Data thrown away when downgrading

When downgrading my Air Mobile Data package Afrihost threw away my 1.5GB data and the service consultant now tells me that Air Mobile Data is not carried over! *******, my data has always been carried over... I love the fact though that I can cancel this terrible service with the click of a button and move over to their competition!
