Agent giving bad name to Afrihost.

My Vuma Reach Internet connection was suspended on the 16th June 2024 Due to non payment since no payment date was automatically set for me and no reminder was sent to me. I reached out via whats app and was sent a payment link and I paid.Later I sent a whats app and was since connection was no restored and advised to give it 24/72 Hours. Today I tried to check with Lerato R who seemed very disinterested in assisting. He/She then tells me I dont have any pending subscriptions with Afrihost. What did I pay for and why was was I told to wait 24/ 72 hours if there is nothing thats pending activation?
