After two years suddenly no coverage!

No coverage. Wifi works for two years and then off for 7 days. Suddenly Afrihost don't have coverage in my area, despite me paying my monthly subscription every month. Call centre agent advise me to cancel my service due to Afrihost not being able to assist me.
