After Hours service non-existent

Their home page states "At Afrihost, you are our top priority" and " As an Afrihost client you can expect only the best" - lies! If your service goes down after hours, you cannot phone them, the live chat function on their website is offline, and the only way to contact them is to send a premium-rated sms. Which I did at 9.30pm. I only got a call back at about 11pm - when I was already in bed and asleep!

The call centre operator then wanted me to plug a landline into my Mac (what is this - 1994?!) and when I got frustrated because my Mac has no telephone input and she was clearly clueless about what to do next, SHE HUNG UP ON ME!

I expect an apology from Afrihost, in addition to my technical issues being sorted immediately. Better yet, stop lying on your website. Don't claim to offer great support unless you also state that competent support is only available for 8 hours out of 24.
