"After 8 years I am astounded by the lack of service"

If someone were to ask me a month ago , a year ago or even 6 years ago, I would sing Afrihosts praises. But I am so so so unhappy currently, as they *****ed up my order, the one poor soul who helped rectify it, could only do so much since it was after hours. but every day since, they have put a "rush" on it, and unfortunately "they cannot contact anyone" and "the problem was escalated", and "I will let you know via sms".

The worst thing is you cannot phone Afrihost, you have to Whatsapp, but they take forever to Whatsapp, then even after starting to talk to you, they are condescending and dont read what you wrote. I've been on Whatsapp chat 4/5 days this week, requested a call back on their website 4/5 days this week, I have received ONE after hours call. Even today I was according to them, supposed to get a call between "13h00 & 14h00" they chose that time, but they also did not call. Now I am still not sorted out, People still did not listen to actual problem, and they are still "escalating to operations" and I suppose now the excuse will be "it is weekend".
