Afrohost does not want to refund my money and they keep on deducting

I have an account with Afrohost which is in partnership with vuma now what happen at the beginning of April 1st April I didn't have connection called Afrohost to come and fix but no one came until I decided to cancel the account on the 18th April and I was promised that I will get my money after 14 days. Month end of April they decided to deduct more money from my account when I asked them I could get the answer why they deduct where as I cancelled the account they promise again to refund after 14 days yesterday I called them only to find out one of them in their department decided to reopen my account and I guess they want to deduct more money I feel like afrohost is **** and they go all around making excuses to repay my money back this is my ref in case they take me serious now because wow I am very desapointed with them and very angry why would a company deduct more money where as you don't get any service from them ref no: ***9
