Afriworst internet Service Provider

No internet for 2 days and absolutely no assistance from the call center. Yesterday it was the MTN tower down in my area, today I am told it is something else but nobody can tell me what the problem is, all promises to get back to me have not happened, extremely frustrated! Not the 1st time this has happened
