Client services from any department will lie to you and **** you into ordering more products,under the pretense of refunding the incorrect product onto the correct product,they will then procede in debiting ure account as many times as they wish,client services are rude,they are snarky and will tell you to call the person that gave the incorrect information so you,the client can. Quote "deal with them ureself" as "that individual gave you wrong info"so now i must call someone whos number they cant give me...,i have no way of getting all the info they have but i am told to give afrihost the information THAT I DONT HAVE,3 weeks of non stop calling and whatsapp help,you record the calls for problems like these but then expect the client to record the telephone calls,afrihost is not interested in resolving the issue,instead they multiply the problem even further by simply putting the phone down in your face
