Afritoast

So after a month of paying a connection fee and the first months subscription,for no service and no internet connectivity I decided to cancel my contract with Afrihost. Today I finally got my cancellation notification, along with a hefty R1000 cancellation fee. Cancellation fees should only be due if you actually received a service. I would not recommend Afrihost to my worst enemy. I think Afrihost should get a MINUS 10 rating if you adk me. Any reputable company would have offered to refund my money,after admitting that there was a problem on their side,and still not being able to connect me. So this whole ordeal is going up to almost R4000 worth of *******.
