If I could leave 0 stars I would. I signed up for Afrihost LTE on the 7th of November. Today is the 30th of November and I have still not received my sim card. Keep in mind that this is a service that I have paid for in advance and cannot use because of the couriers that they appointed. I have contacted their support via Whatsapp three times now and every single person just says they will follow up, then the next story is that they need my ID and now I just get told the courier hasn't responded to the ticket yet. This is the absolute worst service that I have ever had with any service provider and feel ****med by this company.
