Afripoor service

I'm absolutely disappointed with this service provider. I don't have service now for a full 6 days. They blocked my service because I used my router less than 5kms away from my address since I didn't have electricity and work from home. They didn't even notify me I just saw my router with a red light. I contacted them the following day they told me it's not them it's MTN ! What an excuse! I signed up with you don't tell me about MTN. Needless to say their groovy consultants kept me on WhatsApp for over an hour each on 2 consecutive days trying to connect my service and nothing changed. The profile still invalid to date I'm really disgusted. No communication no feedback nothing from them as we stand today. Now I have to buy alternative data for something I already paid for a full month . I'll never recommend them to anyone
