Got a fibre install almost 4 weeks ago. Still not connected because the Fibrehoods installation guys that did my neighbor's installation, used the only fibre pole available to me, for my neighbor. So the cable and termination box into my house was done, but it is not connected outside at the pole because my neighbor is connected to the wrong pole, effectively using my only available connection point. Their pole is 30meters down the road, unused.
