Afrihost/Vumatel walk away

Not sure if they switching off connection in the evening and during the day but for over 2weeks now hardly ever have proper connection, someone probably standing by the switch….frustrating how bad this service is. Do get prompt response when logging issue with Afrihost Support but to get issue resolve is a nightmare, for over 2 weeks the same issue, switch connection off in evening than online the morning than off again in afternoon. Than escalate to Vuma technicians because fault on the line but dont see the technicians come out but connection get restored. What type of service is this, pay for something you dont get, money for free.
