Recently moved from one residence to another and I'm in a week in of not having any connectivity despite following ALL instructions on moving my Fibre line to my new premises. Numerous attempts at calling and messaging only to come up with 'I'll transfer you', 'I' ll log your query', '' I'll escalate it' and still no assistance. Working from home and not having any internet connection for a week is infuriating when I have done things by the book and no-one seems to know what the delay or problem is. The last reference I received was ISP-***.
