Afrihost/vumatel is pathetic

What the hell is going on with Afrihost. Small issues takes so long to resolve. I got a new bank card and the payment did not go through. Now that we paid our line is still not on. Been on the phone since 9am this morning. Says our line is activated and our password has changed. And we don’t have the new password. Really really pathetic
