Afrihost/Vumareach Worst Isp and line service provider

I took out a 100/50 line with endless problems from the start..had speed and connection issues, query it with Afrihost who in turn escalated it with Vumareach who reprovision it..work one day next day problem same issue. Logged it again it was found I had 2 ipv on the same line...Afrihost agent remotely remove it...same issue Logged it again of poor speed/connectivity...Vumareach send out team, replaced router but same issue...I called afrihost to say it could be the line installation...tickets was escalated, closed and reprovisioned..same issue called in again...afrihost mlogged it with Vumareach, reprovision it again...up till today I had to call it in and Vumareach or afrihost has made any haste to get problem resolved. Worst isp and line provider.
