Afrihost/Vuma - Worst ISP in South Africa

I have had the absolute worst experience with Afrihost/Vuma as a fibre ISP. For the past 3 weeks I have had absolutely no connection on my fibre line and I have requested assistance via Afrihost and they have been nothing but unhelpful in terms of providing me with a solution or any sort of feedback on my issue. I have emailed them everyday for the past 3 weeks and received no help in return the only response I get is "sorry for the inconvenience we have no feedback/update but your matter has been escalated" and to me this is not a satisfactory answer as I have paid Afrihost/Vuma every month religiously and in full and yet this is service I am provided with, after multiple emails and phone calls everyday. I would recommend everyone to stay clear from using Afrihost/Vuma as they will gladly take your money and provide you with absolutely no service or help when you as a paying customer requires it. They have no issue debiting your account every month but when it comes to solving your issue all you will get is useless responses and half-hearted replies with no real solutions. For 3 weeks I have been fighting to get help and still to this day as I am writing this review I have received no support. - The absolute worst ISP in South Africa.
