afrihost/vuma reach confusion on fiber services

On the 29th of November 2021 I setup a order on Afrihost for my fiber. It was then advise that they would install my fiber with a twist... the company that has the infrastructure in Mitchell's plain area vuma reach and they will install the fibre on behalf of this vuma reach. The problem i now face is there is no face for vuma reach...meaning no customer service at all...which frustrates me to a degree were i no longer speak English. All i wanted is to change my debit order from the 1st to the 25th of each month and a simple task as changing the debit dates is so difficult for vuma reach. I was told only yesterday i can no longer pay my bill to afri host although they do the billing.... This scenario perplexed me who is vuma reach and how can we get our issue resolved someone anyone please help as i am running in circle here...and to top it off Afrihost customer service is no help.. just giving me the roundabout ... I need to speak to someone that has a clue of what service i actually signed up for???
