Afrihost's Zero Customer Service - Indifference Rules

Unable to speak to anyone re installation via their Frogfoot vendor. They just say wait two weeks, sorry. Frogfoot says they do not deal with clients. Afrihost's whatsapp service has no use - no outcomes and no action from speaking to agents there. Telkom had faster turnaround times than this!
