Afrihost's unfair billing for a cancelled cancellation; Very bad service on Whatsapp; nonexistent email service at accounts department

In May, I cancelled TP-Link Archer MR600 Wi-Fi Router - Max Uptime because I only need symmetric fibre (200Mbps up / 200 Mbps down OpsenServe). Then I spoke to one of their WhatsApp agents who told me I will be fined R5,999 for the cancellation. I then decided STOP THE CANCELLATION and carry on as before. The main enquiry ticket Ticket ID is DDS-***9. I cancelled the cancellation on 14 May 2026. My cancellation of the cancellation was accepted and approved by a person who signs her emails as: Pearl.NAfrihost.com

Today, in another WhatsApp chat with Siyabonga M, it was acknowledged that the cancellation of the cancellation was processed on 14 May. The following was shared:

""" [10:18, 08/06/2026] Afrihost: Yes, that is correct. I see the email; hence, I have advised them to revert to the person who said they cancelled and cc accounts so they can assist with reverting the payment for you [10:18, 08/06/2026] Afrihost: "Queued suspension: 6a***1a***4 Suspend Products for Bounced VCS *** removed by Simone" 2026-05-14 11:38 """ Faults in their own system were acknowledged:

""" there is another way that it should appear, not like that.

that is all I see

Yes, it should be queued systematically, but please respond back to the email because the cancel of the cancellation was never queued

could be that the issue was on the dev side,

please respond back to the email and cc accounts, not that you sending directly to accounts, the accounts department will be 2nd person looking into your email """ The emails that Siyabonga M refer to that I should reply to, do not come and in my experience, never will. I have written to Afrihost accounts days ago about this matter and they just ignored it. In stead, they send me a fresh email warning me in big orange letters that I am going to be cut off. And they bumped the amount to R6,019. For what? My fibre is up to date and this massive amount is for a fine that I don't deserve because I cancelled the cancellation on 14 May and I have documented proof of that, also Afrihost's own acknowledgement of this.
