Afrihost's support is in the gutter

I used to be a serious Afrihost fan, and have 4 cell packages, 1000mbps Fibre and 3 hosting accounts with you. I try to get a simple 30GB Fixed Wireless and while your SLA is 48 hours, I am now at 75 hours and getting no where. I am wasting my time and money communicating with Afrihost support people trying to get this resolved. I am seriously wondering why I should stay with Afrihost given this terrible support. It takes up to an hour to get a response on whatsapp, I was on hold for a number of times up to 40 minutes on the phone before giving up. Email responses are close to 24 hours. Even emailed CEO Gian Visser, who tells disgruntled clients to mail him, got the read receipt and no reply, Thanks Gian....for nothing!
