Afrihost's service stinks!!!!

I work from home and require my internet connection but it seems this is not something Afrihost cares about.

This morning I realized I have no internet connection and submitted a support ticket. Afrihost states that my card expired and I need to update my card details which I did but now I have to wait for their system to resubmit payment. Any other ISP can take a payment immediately or provide alternatives. I don't understand why I had to reach out myself to find out why I have no connectivity.

Now I have to wait till their system updates my payment to have connection and be able to work.

Will be changing ISP's soon.
