Afrihosts service has been getting really bad lately

I was always very happy to deal with afrihost as their customer service was excellent.

In the last week I've had so much issues with my fibre and only response I get is they have to wait for vumatel and can't even state why it keeps happening on a daily basis that my line goes down.

Then they keep promising you that they will keep you updated on sms or even phone you back then you just don't hear back from them.

I've also been told today the technicians are already in my area sorting out the issue that was very early in the morning and was asked that they needed to come onsite so I canceled work appointments to be available and as all the other times no one showed and no feedback.

Also the support teams just drop your calls when you try to find out whats going on.
