Afrihost's Service Failure: Unresolved and Unresponsive

Afrihost's service has plummeted to unacceptable levels. My fibre line has been down for three days, and their response? Simply passing the buck to Openserve, who apparently operates on their own mysterious schedule, deciding to show up whenever they please without any communication. And when they do show up? Nothing gets resolved. Unfortunately if its only your house affected by connectivity issues they dont care and your issue will never get resolved.

The customer service at Afrihost, once a point of pride, has deteriorated beyond recognition. They seem utterly indifferent to the urgency or frustration of their customers' situations. It's clear they've abandoned any pretense of valuing communication or providing support.

I will never recommend Afrihost to anyone. Their inability to resolve issues efficiently or to maintain a basic level of communication is a glaring failure. If you're considering them for your internet service, think again. They're not up to the task, and you're likely to be left in the dark, both literally and metaphorically. Utterly disappointing.
