Afrihost's service department has gone down the drain!

I really use to love Afrihost, at one point their marketing was revamped, their way of doing things were great, and I felt cared for as a customer. These days I unfortunately cannot say the same. I've been struggling for days now to try and get my new line set up, but literally ALL they are doing, is repeating the same problem to me, time after time that I contact them to follow up on progress. As if they just erase my chats without actually doing anything, or escalating the matter like they SAY they do... It's incredibly frustrating to deal with their client service people, Ofhani, Nomcqibelo, Hopewell, Buhle, Anna M, Nomfundo, NONE of them reading my customer notes, NONE of them fami****ising themself with my issue, NONE of them trying to genuinely help me. Afrihost has gone down the drain...
